What Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — your name, company name, telephone number, email address and the details of your enquiry when you complete our contact form or contact us by phone or email. If you accept cookies, Google Ads also records whether you reached us from one of our adverts and whether you went on to send an enquiry.
How We Use Your Information
We use your contact information to respond to your enquiry, provide the consultancy services you have requested, send you information relevant to your enquiry and manage our ongoing relationship with you. We do not use your information for any other marketing purpose without your explicit consent.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests — responding to business enquiries and providing the services you have requested. Where you have provided consent for specific communications, consent is our legal basis for that processing.
Data Retention
We retain client information for seven years from the end of the engagement in accordance with our professional obligations. Enquiry information from non-clients is retained for twelve months.

Enquiries sent through our website forms are delivered to us by Formspree, which processes the contents of the form on our behalf and may store it in the United States under appropriate safeguards. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta). If you accept cookies, Google Ads processes advertising measurement data, subject to Google's privacy policy.
